Bahria Town has set the date of 1st March 2023 for submitting possession charges. According to the recent announcement, the due date for possession & utility charges has been extended to 1st April 2023. If you apply for possession before the due date, you must pay the old utility charges. However, if you pay after 1st April 2023, you must pay an increased utility charge of 50%. This means that the costs will be increased by 50% after the due date of 1st April.
- For 10 marla plots, the current Possession & Utility Charges are PKR 622,000. However, after the due date, these charges will be PKR 933,000.
- Similarly, for 1 Kanal plots, the charges are PKR 726,000, which will be PKR 1,088,000 after the due date.
- The Possession & Utility Charges for 5 marla commercial plots are PKR 1,157,000, which will be PKR 1,736,000 after the due date.
- For 8 marla commercial plots, the current Possession & Utility Charges are PKR 1,356,000. However, after the due date, these charges will be PKR 2,034,000.
