Phase 2 is divided into four blocks (Block A, Block B, Block C and Block D). The development status in this phase is better than in other phases. Following are the current prices of the plots in this phase:
- 3 Marla plots are currently available between 35 lacs to 37 lacs.
- 5 Marla plots are currently available between 55 lacs to 65 lacs.
- 7 Marla plots are currently available between 65 lacs to 75 lacs.
- 10 Marla plots are currently available between 75 lacs to 85 lacs.
- 1 Kanal plots are currently available between 140 lacs to 170 lacs.

Phase 3:

Phase 4:
