And now based on the current market situation they have decided to increase the transfer charges as well.

Bahria Town Management hereby informs all members that the transfer fee of all commercial and residential plots and plazas will be increased by 20% from Monday 17th October 2022. Transfer papers will commence from the said date with extended free of charge.

A 5-marla plot on which you previously used to pay a transfer fee of 93,600 is now 18,700 extra with a 20% increase, making you pay a total of 112,300. Details of the new transfer charges along with possession and utility fees are given below.
