Q: I want to be near Defence Road - which block should I choose ? A: Block G is the way to go! It's strategically located near Defence Road, so accessibility is not a problem. The block is well-developed, with many plots already having houses erected thereon, so it has become quite a marvelous community. The price varies from PKR 95 lacs to PKR 1.3 Cr, and the reason for the high demand will become apparent below. Q: Are there any blocks with parks or kid-friendly zones? A: Yes! Block H is known as having the most beautiful park within Sector 2. There also exist mosques and shops that are already functional, not to mention a lot of families who reside there. The ambient community is pretty amiable, with ample space provided for recreation. The prices peg between PKR 65 lakh to PKR 1.15 crore. Q: What are the available plot sizes in Sector 2? A: All the plots in Sector 2 are of 5 marlas, and there isn’t any other size available in this sector.
