It is the planned second Sky Medical Center led by Dr Javaid Iqbal, inside Canton Sky Tower on Main Raiwind Road, Lahore. The first centre is in Bahria Orchard and booked out quickly.

Where is Sky Medical Center 2 located?

It will be inside Canton Sky Tower, on Main Raiwind Road near Adda Plot and the Thokar Niaz Baig interchange. Dr Javaid said the tower is four to five kilometres from the first centre.

Who can take a unit in Sky Medical Center 2?

PMDC-registered doctors can register for their own clinic. Investors and doctors who do not want to practise can look at it as a rental opportunity. CDB has not published the rental model yet.

Is registration open, and what is the price?

Dr Javaid said registration opens from the day of the interview. The floor, unit sizes, prices and payment plan for medical units have not been announced yet. Message CDB Properties for the latest update.

Will Sky Medical Center 2 be only an OPD?

That is not final. Dr Javaid said the team is considering more than an OPD, possibly a larger facility, and will decide in an internal meeting. He confirmed that the centre itself will be built in Canton Sky Tower.
