There will only be 36 units available, which will be sold on a 2-year installment plan and include possession within 1 year. Next, 8 Marla commercial plazas that are designed in the DHA Raya style will be introduced, followed by the release of two high-rise buildings that are 200 feet tall and 4 Kanal in size.

The layout of Q High Street:
Q High Street is a bustling commercial shopping street. The 50 feet wide road is lined with commercial shops on both sides, with two high-rise buildings anchoring the street at its starting and ending points.
At the front of Q High Street, there are two plots of 10,000 sq feet that are designated for anchor brands. These buildings are only available for rental.
The street itself features 38 plazas that are being constructed in the elegant DHA Raya style, with each unit being 8 marla in size. These plazas can be purchased floor by floor or as a complete building.

The left and right sides of the road, which are also 50 feet wide, feature 4 marla commercial plots.
