B Block: 

B Block is located on the right side opposite A block after the main entrance. From the residential point of view, this block is highly recommended, but from the investment point of view, we do not recommend this block.

This block also features plot cutting of 3 Marla and 5 Marla.

  • 3 Marla plots are available in price between 56 Lac to 60 Lac
  • 5 Marla plot price ranges from 78 Lac to 80 Lac.

The plot prices vary depending on the location of the plot.

C Block

C Block is only recommended for residences, not for investment. The plot categories available in C Block are 3 Marla and 5 Marla.

  • The price for a 3 Marla plot is from 46 Lac to 60 Lac.
  • 5 Marla plots are available at a total price of 65 Lac to 75 Lac.

Usman Block:

Next Block is Usman Block. This block only features plot categories of 3 Marla.

  • 3 Marla plots are available for a price of 22 Lac and can cost up to 45 Lac.

Ali Block & E block:

Ali Block and E block are next on the list, which are the main purpose of today’s article. These 2 blocks feature On-ground investment plots, which are highly recommended for investment.

E block offers 3 types of plots which are:

  • Off–Ground Plots

3 Marla plot booking is available for 24 Lac, with an own price demand of 5 to 12 Lac.

Umer Block:

Next on the listing is Umer Block, which features 3 plot cuttings of 3 Marla, 5 Marla, and 7 Marla. 

  • The own price demanded for 3 Marla plots is 2 Lac to 4 Lac.
