According to the latest notification, Bahria Town has announced an increase in the plots’ possession and utility charges. Bahria Town always facilitates its investors. However, according to the current economic crisis, they are going to increase the possession and utility charges by 50%. And this order will be implemented on all properties of Bahria Town from 1st March 2023.
