Once you book your plot with Elite Homes, on the booking form, you will get every little detail from the construction to the materials used to the possession of your house without any hidden details. What if buyers, especially end users, want to get possession before the 3-year period?

Elite Homes provides an opportunity for buyers to pay in installments, which is a very good thing. However, what if the buyer wants to get possession before the end of the installment period?

The Managing Director told us that they would try their best to facilitate the buyer in every way possible. Elite Homes are giving their buyers a very friendly schedule and an opportunity to get their homes before the end of the installment period. 65% of their bookings are already done, whereas out of this 65% of bookings, 90% of them have booked their homes with a 1-year installment agreement. If a buyer is comfortable with a 1-year or 2-year plan, they will do their best to facilitate him.

It is Elite Homes’ policy not to put any sort of pressure on buyers and to make things as easy as possible for them.

How will the balloting process be in Elite Homes?

The process of allocating plot numbers for Elite Homes will be on a first-come, first-served basis. When a buyer makes their first down payment, they will be given a booking form. After 60 days, when the second payment is made, the buyer will be given a list of available plot numbers to choose from. This way, everyone has a fair chance of getting the plot number they want for their new home.

What characteristics will differentiate both Standard and Luxury Homes?

Standard Homes are priced at 1.70 Crores, while the total price of Luxury Homes is 1.80 Crores. The 10 lakh difference is that luxury homes will have Spanish tile works, solid wood doors, curtains, kitchen accessories, latest wallpapers in bedrooms. Anyone can visit their model houses, and they will see these differences for themselves.

What kind of documentation will be involved in the entire process from booking to possession at Elite Homes?

When the buyer pays his first down payment, a booking form is issued by the company. On which all data and plot details will be recorded. At the time of the second payment, an agreement between the buyer and Elite Homes will be made on Rs 1200 Stamp paper issued by BOP (The Bank of Punjab). Secondly, Bahria Town has also given Elite Home a form for each plot sold. Based on the plot number sold to the buyer and other details, that form will be submitted to the head office of Bahria Town. So the buyer is secure as well as Elite Homes.
