Bahria Town Lahore Realtors & Residents Protest Against China Cutting – Update

People protest against bahria town lahore

In recent years, Bahria Town has come under fire for its development practices. One of the most controversial aspects of the company’s work is its habit of cutting down major parks in order to introduce new plot deals. This has led to a loss of green space in many areas and has made it difficult for residents to find a place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Today, a protest has been staged by the Realtors Association in Bahria Town against the china cutting plans of Bahria Town management after they tried to cut down a park in Jinnah Block, which has been seized for the time being.

The protesting realtors in Bahria Town argue that parks, mosques, and other facilities are essential living necessities, and dividing up the lots is reducing the quality of life that Bahria Town had promised them. While the town developer may see this as a purely financial decision, the realtors feel it goes against the quality of life initially promised them.

Many residents of Bahria Town and Property dealers have also joined the protest with Realtors to support their cause. The protesting realtors have demanded that the Chinese cutting in Bahria Town should stop immediately and that the parks, mosques, and cemeteries where the property has been sold but not yet divided should not be divided any further.

The management of Bahria Town has not yet released an official statement in response to the protests. However, given the public outcry, it is likely that they will be forced to reconsider their plans. For now, the protesting realtors and residents are vowing to continue their fight until their demands are met.

Only time will tell whether the developer will listen to the protesters or push ahead with his original plan. Either way, it is clear that the realtors are not happy with the current situation.
